Ship to Store Discount Terms & Conditions

The discount will automatically be applied at checkout when Ship to Store is selected. Eligible items may vary. Available for shipments to select U.S stores only; not available for shipments to stores in Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada. Not valid in conjunction with The Children’s Place associate discount. Are all items online available for Buy Online Ship to Store?

Yes, all items online can be shipped to and picked up in store (subject to availability).
Excludes purchases of gift cards. Eligible items may vary. All items are subject to availability.

Is Ship to Store available at all locations?

Ship to Store is not available for shipments to stores in Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada.

How does it work?

It’s easy to buy the items you love online, and then pick them up at your local The Children’s Place store!


Just look for the ‘Ship to Store’ button while shopping. Once you click on it, search the item’s availability by zip code or city/state and the nearby locations that your item(s) can be shipped to will appear. After you select your pickup location, you’ll check out like normal. You can also update your shipping or pickup options per item during checkout.


You’ll receive email updates with pickup info once the order has been delivered to the store. When you’re ready to pick up, you’ll need to provide your order number and a valid photo ID.

How long will my Pickup Order be held?

You will receive reminder emails before your order expires. Reference the ‘Pick Up By’ date indicated in your “ready for pickup” email. Pickup hours vary by location so please view your local store hours. After 7 days, your order will be refunded. Refunds may take 3-5 business days depending on the financial institution. If a gift card was used to place the order, a replacement eGift card will be sent via email.

How can I check the status of my Pickup order?

Check the status of your order in the Order Details section of your online account, as well as your inbox for email updates. Please note: tracking information will not be available, but we will send an email when your order is ready for pickup.

When do I pay for my items?

Your items are purchased when the order is submitted online.

Where in the store do I pick up my items?

An associate in the store will help with your pickup order. Just provide your order number and a valid photo ID (that matches the name on the order).

What do I need to bring to pick up my items?

All you need is your order number and a valid photo ID, which must match the name on the order.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes they can, as long as they were added as the alternate pickup person when the order was placed. All they'll need is the order number and a valid photo ID.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is completed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, updated (to add/remove items) or changed. You may return items at any of our store locations.

Can I use a coupon on my purchase?

The Ship-to-Store discount may not be combined with any offers or coupons except My Place Rewards certificates.
